  1.    This option allows you to produce a list of those present in the
  2. current session. This is a legal requirement as the register has to be
  3. kept in ink. The DES were prepared to accept that computer printers used ink
  4. on their ribbons so this satisfied the law. You could be breaking the law if
  5. you use a laser printer, depending on how toner is viewed! Lists are
  6. produced under tutor group headings and clicking printer before selecting
  7. this option will produce a paper printout. You should also have paper copies
  8. in case of fire which could render the computer inoperable.
